Think outsourcing is only for the rich and famous? You’re wrong!

Want ideas on how to outsource some simple tasks that you really hate doing? This post will show you the basics of how to start outsourcing small tasks that could make a big difference in your life and business. From outsourcing social media content to hiring a virtual assistant, these are all possible instantly on your computer. The rising gig economy is making it easier than ever to use sites like Upwork to post freelance jobs for practically everything! Anyone can be an entrepreneur.

Some of the best advice I have ever gotten was manage your personal life like a business too. Why not outsource personal tasks to free up time to use on other tasks that bring you more joy and or income?

Start by choosing key outsourceable tasks and use resources like this blog to start looking at right away for items you could outsource.

I believe you should be spending 80% of your time on revenue-generating tasks, and that all your tasks should be related to your priorities. I work hard with my clients in the first week of my course to get focused on exactly what are the revenue-generating tasks they should be working on. It is not rocket science and does not use complicated tests or algorithms.

We use a template to evaluate and get focused on what will drive results and how you can scale your business. The first week is the funnest part in the course and I use the template tool I give my clients every month to make sure that I stay on track myself. During this exercise we reveal lots of tasks that entrepreneurs are working on that are not necessarily bringing in revuenue. They are typically tedious, some can be eliminated, automated and others outsourced. Yes, I said the word outsource.

In this video talk about how to outsource. If you watch until the end I give away the BEST virtual assistant company I have ever used, which I took me 3 years to find. They are professional and will fit your needs. So if you ever wanted to hire a virtual assistant or are wondering how or what it is then watch this video.

Here are three places to get an assistant and the pros and cons of each:

1.Freelance websites

Websites, such as Upwork and Fiver, allow you to easily find help. I talk more about it in this video. My assistant of the past two years is from Upwork.

2.Traditional

Put a post out to your network and interview. You will likely get someone in your country and qualified. This option will likely be more expensive but really great if you do need some in-person assistance down the road.

3.Private companies

This is my favorite option! For the past three years I have been searching for a place to help me outsource, and I finally have found it. This company, which was referred to me, is an AMAZING virtual assistant company managed by people that I know. They are offering an exclusive offer to my followers. If you want to be in touch with them, book a call with me for 30 minutes. We’ll make sure you have all your tasks lined up to get the assistant, and then I will put you in touch to get the exclusive rate.

Plus for extra productivity use this time cube.
