At UNLEASH, the conference I organized with Shannon Frame in Whistler, BC, we had an abundance of interesting people with interesting expertise. Shannon herself is a breathwork practitioner, and I wanted to ask her a few questions about breathwork and how it relates to mental clarity. Achieving mental clarity is an important step in the process of becoming more focussed and productive.
