For this blog post in video form, please head to my YouTube channel or check the bottom of this post.
Today, most of us are working from home. That means a lot of different things: a new uniform, a different kind of face time, and, most of all, focusing more than ever on productivity.
Remote work is not new—and neither are these productivity tips I will be sharing below. The best way to work from home (WFH) depends on your business, and your home office should reflect that. I hope these tips will not only help you with your time management, but your overall WFH life :)
Maybe you’ve been working from home for a decade, like me. But when whole teams are working from home, it can be challenging.
Work from home (even with a team) and be more productive and motivated? Yes, this is possible! Here are my tips on how:
Select a space based on your needs.
Declutter.
Get ready for the day.
Create ONE system for team communication. I suggest Slack.
Create a home office ambience and have good lighting.
Set your schedule and make sure to share with your teams.
Get out.
Log off and set customer and team expectations.
Watch the video below to hear the steps explained. You can see my WFH strategy in action when you e-mail me here, where you’ll get my exact out of office email I use to set expectations of when I reply.
