Use these three tips to help you digitally manage projects effectively and efficiently:

PLAN

When you’re in your planning stages, determine how long you need, how complex the project will be, and how many people are involved as this will determine the level of digital organization.

 

Create folders/files

Based on your planning, start the process of organizing your digital files at the very beginning to help you stay on track.

organize and review weekly

Set aside weekly time to not only work on the project like you’re doing, but to organize, review files, and track milestones .
